You can convert this mod into a YMAP format and use it in FiveM. Please refrain from re-uploading this to any other website. Menyoo is required to utilize this map mod. To install, navigate to your GTAV main directory, then go to Menyoostuff/Spooner, and drag and drop the file into that folder. Enjoy!
