Revamped Paleto Bay Pier (Menyoo Mod)

This remastered version of the Paleto Bay Pier features a new fence along the pier, the addition of a yacht, palm trees, houses, and other details like a bus stop and a small beach party.

The yacht was built using Menyoo's spooner mode, so you don't need to enable online maps.

To install the map, place the .xml file in:

GTA V Root > menyooStuff > Spooner

Once you load the map using the Menyoo trainer, a map marker will appear on your map.

You'll need to have Script Hook and the Menyoo trainer installed for this mod to work.

This is my first custom map creation, I hope you enjoy it!
