Revamped Grove Street Home - YMAP for SP & FiveM

Features:
- Replaced the old grill with a modern one.
- Added and removed some vegetation.
- Removed the vehicle with the tarp over it (collisions have also been modified).
- Added decor around the house (both front and back).
- Fully opened the fences in the front.

Installation:
FIVEM: Place the "grovestreet" folder in resources, add "ensure grovestreet" to server.cfg then restart the server.
SP: Drop the folder into update\x64\dlcpacks and edit dlclist.xml from update\update.rpf\common\data. Then add the line: "dlcpacks:\grovestreet\" at the bottom.

Bugs:
- Reports of the game crashing (FiveM Version) - Resolved
- Blue tarp under the carport still visible (SP Version) - Resolved
