Revamped and Enhanced Record A Studios

This modification improves the streaming ymap file of Record A Studios and its associated ydr 3D model. It also removes extraneous lease/rent signs that were inadvertently left by Rockstar in the single-player version. The building's interior has been edited to remove obstructive cones and stairs. Additionally, Mors Mutual HQ has been updated as it is connected to Record A Studios.

Due to limitations in the single-player manifest, which doesn't support map changes for converting SP maps to MP maps, this modification implements a workaround. It also removes roof air vents, replacing the rooftop with a bar and pool area.
