Rehabilitating Drug-Affected Motels

This is my first publicly released map mod for GTA V. I've created many map mods in the past but kept them private. This project reconstructs rundown drug addict motel complexes located near Trevor's house in Sandy Shores.

Being a construction student, I aim to incorporate realistic elements into this mod. Expect features like functional air conditioning, accurate construction processes, and safety measures.

Feel free to create videos showcasing the map mod, but please credit me as "Phase".

This project will be completed step-by-step. I won't release a fully finished motel all at once.

I will address the buggy doors that fall under the ground in a later update. This issue is not my fault.
