I created real traffic at Santa Monica Pier and Beach.
I was inspired by Google Street View and my own visit to Santa Monica.
I tried to recreate everything as accurately as it looks on Google Street View.

Please back up the original data before installing.

For this mod you need the "custom maps" folder. I added this to the ZIP. I hope I'm not violating any copyrights.

Installation:

Follow the folders in the ZIP.

For "custom maps" copy the custom_maps folder to: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.

Then edit the dlclist.xml in: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Add: dlcpacks:/custom_maps/.
