Installation steps:

> use OpenIV to drag and drop Kehuanweilaijianzhu (in the DLC file) into Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.

> then go to dlclist Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\commondata\dlclist and add dlcpacks:kehuanweilaijianzhu line

> run the game

> Enjoy the game :)
