Public Agreement with Menuyo
This map mod depicts a scenario where the government is purchasing an EMP device from a Mexican group. The scene involves FIB agents armed and ready in case the transaction goes wrong, as well as heavily armed members of the Mexican gang.
INSTALLATION:
Insert GOVERNMENT DEAL.XML into your directory and launch the game. Then load GOVERNMENT DEAL.
The deal takes place near the VineWood sign. If you are not automatically transported there, proceed to that location.
