This is a mod of the President Estate, similar to The White House. It includes security vehicles, security guards, marines, cops, barricades etc.

Download the President Estate.zip and extract the President Estate.xml file from it.
Copy it to GTAV > menyooStuff > Spooner.
Open GTA V and Press F8 key.
Object Spooner > Manage Saved Files > President Estate.xml > Load Placements
