Police Raid Marijuana Deal

This scene takes place in an apartment complex where a marijuana deal is happening. Barry and his friend are selling weed to members of the Grove Street gang. The SWAT team has been tipped off about a possible drug deal and is preparing to intervene. However, your character's arrival could disrupt their plans.

For added realism, I've included NPC commands that control the actions of some characters in the scene. For example, one NPC drives away from the parking lot, another beats up a group of hipsters, and others are shown relaxing and drinking coffee.
