Police Raid Grove Street Gang Hideout

The LSPD, in collaboration with the FIB and NOOSE, has conducted a major operation to address gang activity on Grove Street.

Features:
- SWAT teams receiving briefings from their commanding officer. - FIB personnel surveying the scene. - Local police officers securing roads and directing traffic. - Citizens recording the event with their phones. - Weasel News present with a van, camera crew, reporter, and cameraman. - All vehicles will take turns yielding to prevent collisions.
This scenario requires the Map Editor by Guadmaz and all its prerequisites. To install, drag the XML file into the main GTAV directory. Then, in-game, press F7, select "load," choose "XML," and type in "grovegangp DevinKan".
Visual modifications used for screenshots: ENBSeries 0.275 for GTAV, Reshade with Razed's High End Preset, VisualV, and RadianceV.
