You will need Menyoo for this mod. If you don't have it, you can download it.
Place the CrashedPlane.xml file in GrandTheftAutoV(Gta main folder)/menyooStuff/Spooner.
In the game, open the Menyoo menu, go to Object Spooner, then Mange saved files, select CrashedPlane.xml and click Load Placements.
