Installation Steps:

1. Using OpenIV, drag and drop the "jixiezhanshi" folder (located within the DLC file) into "\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks".
2. Navigate to dlclist.rpf in \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and add the line "dlcpacks:\jixiezhanshi\" .
3. Launch the game.
4. Enjoy!
