It also includes a half garage that can accommodate two small cars or one full-sized vehicle, plus a small patio with a southern exposure. The comfortable size makes it suitable for one person or a couple. Located on a bluff overlooking Peleto Bay, this is an ideal spot for beachgoers and surfers. The old Peleto Pier is within easy walking distance and perfect for fishing. Enjoy watersports like jet skiing, pleasure boating, and sailing just a short walk down to the beach! Rent or purchase this property and relax... enjoy the peace and quiet of beach life in Peleto Bay! **Requirements:** Menyoo Map Builder (optional if you desire the color strip on the floor of the main area and tile in the bathroom) **Installation:** Place the Peleto Shack xml file into Menyoo Stuff/Spooner. Map Builder installation is only required if you want the extra decorations. **Note:** All entrances and exits have teleports. Simply walk up to them to use. All interior doors are functional. **Known Bugs:** None. However, this building's interior space is not 'AI friendly'. Bodyguards cannot teleport in and pedestrians spawned inside will be forcibly ejected. To place pedestrians inside, first spawn them outside. Use a scenario or animation and make sure they are 'frozen in place' before putting them inside. Once the scenario/animation is removed, the pedestrian will be ejected. Enjoy! IAMMISTAHWOLF!
