This mod adapts the empty lot into a living auction house created to generate role play in the northern section of Los Santos. This mod is directed towards FiveM servers because an auction by yourself seems pretty boring. Features: - A/V Booth - V.I.P Section - Full accommodation bar - Auctioneer Stand - Valet Parking tolls - Segregated Auction Entry - Helicopter pad - Sold vehicle storage - Sale podium - pre-ymap for easy of installation - Easter egg Installation: 1. If you hadn't done so already, you will need to set up the CustomMaps DLC 2. All you need to do after that, is drop '.ymap file inside custom_maps.rpf of the following folder (using OpenIV): >mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>CustomMaps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>_citye>maps>custom_maps.rpf Sharing/Use: If you have any ounce or shred of respect toward hard work and commitment to detail please credit or link this mod.
