Omega Fitness Studio - Gym Layout Tool
This gym was specially created for FiveM. The .zip folder contains screenshots and two files: a .ymap file for FiveM and a standard .xml file from the map editor. You can edit this gym using the XML file or add it directly to your server. The gym features lockers, a fridge with beer, benches, and numerous weightlifting stations. There's also an office for the owner at the back and gates leading to an attraction area.

The map was created in Map Editor 2.13 so you need to install it in the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\maps
Or wherever you have installed your GTA V.
