This race track is located at the Sandy Shores Airport and includes some intriguing details.

To load this map, you will need the 'Map Editor' mod.

Unzip the 'desertrace.xml' file from the 'Desert Race Map.zip' archive into your GTA folder.
Open the Map Editor in-game, select 'Load Map', choose 'XML' as the file type, and enter 'desertrace'.
Travel to the Sandy Shores Airport. Have fun!
