Description

This mod for GTA V is an oceanfront estate located near the coast. It has a lot of cool features for explorers, and includes a fully modified car.

Easily reachable road with street lights.
Illuminated cave for explorers.
Helipad on the roof with a helicopter already placed.
Mini jetty for docking a marquis, speeder and two jetskis.
The mini jetty is connected to the mansion.
Parking place for a car and bike in front of the mansion.
Hall which is filled with people.
Full size kitchen with food, chefs and working stoves.
Dining table with the view of the in-house fountain.
Meeting room with Michael taking the Epsilon program.
Grand wooden staircase which leads to the 1st floor.
Art room which is located in the corridor of the bathroom, bedroom and activity room.
Bathroom which has a big wardrobe along with a working washing machine, jacuzzi, tub, shelf and a toilet.
Activity room in which we can find Jimmy playing with a friend along with his mom near the pool table along with her friends and a bar too.
Large balcony with stairs that lead to the helipad.
Master bedroom with a cloths drawer, TV, work table, ironing machine, seating area, gym and more.
