Ocean Road Incident

This is a roadworks map. The location is in the northern part of the map, near Paleto Bay. One lane is closed due to an accident scene. While traffic will be bad, drivers should follow the right way and may be able to get through. However, the configuration has been set up so that they will move back into the 'open' lane.
