Oasis Settlement Mod for Menyoo

This is my second mod upload. I struggle with wording, so please bear with me. I'm English but have learning difficulties.

You are now the proud owner of a village in Sandy Shores' airfield. After taking over an airfield from corrupt government agents, you decided to open a village on the land. Tenants pay hefty amounts for housing (this doesn't give you money in-game, only backstory and lore).

After months of hard work maintaining your village, you contacted a private military agency for security guards (see photos). You now own a successful village!

Description:

This Menyoo mod lets you spawn a village that you can walk around. I've placed cars, fences, streetlights, and a custom security station near the helipad with a Cargobob (Jetsam variant) matching the Dilligent Security Patrol car colors: white and blue.

Like my 'Outbreak' XML file, I let you set up PEDS/NPCs however you like. I've left them as is so you can maximize your GTA modding fun.

Bugs:

The streetlights surrounding the village won't emit light at night if you're too far away. You need to be close for them to work, but they function correctly.
