North Yankton PD Detention Center (Menyoo)

This NYSP Jail is located at the "bank" and is very useful for those who play lspdfr in North Yankton. Features include jail door keys, a new door, bed, table, chair, toilet paper roll and a toilet. You can load the North Yankton Map from the F3 menu (F3->Teleporting->Teleport to North Yankton).

I am trying to see if I could make it a "official" jail in lspdfr.
