Neon Lightscape (Menyoo)

"This Menyoo XML file adds a ring of light tubes for enhancing photos or videos.

INSTALLATION:

Copy the xml file to this directory:

Grand Theft Auto V/menyooStuff/Spooner/

In Menyoo, open Object Spooner, then select "manage saved files" and choose 'Photo Scene - Light Tubes'. Finally, select "load placements".

IMPORTANT:

Performance issues may occur near the spawn location depending on your PC specifications.
