Moving Inmates

The country's most violent and dangerous criminals are transported to Los Santos Prison.

Drag the "prisoner" folder into your main GTA directory (containing GTA5.exe).

Start Grand Theft Auto V and press "F7" in game to access the map editor menu. Select "Load Map" and type "prisoner".
