- Map Editor 2.13 by Guadmaz

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Copy moto.xml into the Grand Theft Auto V main directory.
- Open Map Editor with F7, select "Load Map".
- Click on XML and type "moto", then press "Enter".
- You are ready to play!
