1. Map Editor is required for this mod. 2. Place the XML file in any location, such as the GTA 5 directory or a folder you created for maps. 3. Press "F7" to open Map Editor > Load Maps > File Chooser and select the XML file location where you pasted the mod. Then press "ENTER".
