Miniature Modern Home Community: Phase 2 (Banking, Repairs & Residences)

I'm developing a small modern house community. This is part of a series of tiny houses. I love tiny homes, so I decided to build one in my own style. I hope you enjoy it! I put a lot of work into this project. If you like it, please give it a thumbs up and leave a rating.

• Plenty of space for cars in the bank (low ceiling)

Installation Instructions

This mod consists of 2 files: one for vans and one for houses.

File 1: modern house and garage2.xml

1. Go to the gtav directory and place the file here (modern house and garage2.xml)
2. You're done!
3. Open map editor by pressing F7, load map, choose the file "modern house and garage2.xml"

File 2: van.xml

1. Go to gtav directory/menyoo/spooner and place the van file there.
2. Open gta v, press F8 for menyoo, select spooner stuff, then van.xml, and load placements.
3. You will be teleported to that location.
4. Done!

Important Notes:

• Never modify or upload this mod to any other website. You can create YouTube videos of it but please give credit and include a link to my mod in the description.
• I haven't found any bugs, but if you do, let me know.
