Michael's Contemporary Residence

This is a modern take on Michael's house in Los Santos. The design focuses solely on the exterior aesthetics of the property and includes a spacious four-level garage accommodating up to 25 cars, 8 motorcycles, and one helicopter landing pad.

Installation

Carefully follow these instructions:

If you don't have a "mods" folder in your GTA5 main directory, create one. Move the original "common.rpf" file into this new "mods" folder.
Download and install the following: ScriptHook, ScriptHook V.NET, OpenIV, Menyoo, and Map Builder 4.0.

How to Install

A] Addon (ymap file)

Use OpenIV for this installation method:

Copy the "custom maps" folder and paste it into: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks.
Open "dlclist.xml" located in: mods > update.rpf > common > data, and add "dlcpacks: custom maps".
Alternatively, if you already have a "custom maps" folder, navigate to: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>custom maps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>citye>maps>custom maps.rpf and add the following files: "michael contemporain.ymap" and "michael design garage1.2.ymap".

Do not rename the files; OpenIV will handle the rest.

B] Menyoo (xml file)

Copy "michael contemporain.xml" and "michael design garage1.2.xml" from the downloaded archive into your GTAV menyooStuff Spooner folder. Launch GTA5, press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", then "SavedFiles", and load: "michael contemporain.xml" and "michael design garage1.2.xml". This will teleport you to the garden.

v1.4: Fixed ground glitches on the first level of the garage, modified the height of the helipad platform, and added marble pillars and glass accents.
