Menyoo Residence

This is my first house mod without any glitches, thanks to MAFINS menyoo. I can create houses using this tool.

To install this mod, you need the script created by mafins.

1st: Go to your gta5 folder, open menyooStuff, then open Spooner. Place the file from the rar archive I provided into this folder.

2nd: Run gta5, open menyoo, go to object spooner, then manage saved files. Go to h1 and load placements. Wait for the map to load; the location on the map is shown in the pictures.

3rd: Enjoy!
