This mod transforms the ordinary Franklin garage into a fully equipped workshop capable of handling any vehicle.

Details: - Rooftop helipad for 2 helicopters. - Car lift and tool kit. - 2 laptops for mapping. - Unused spare wheels outside. - New engine. - Additional props like lamps, an outdoor car lift, and a tree.
