Malibu Residence Map (.NET YMAP)

Welcome to a secret place, centrally located in "Malibu", with a garden and garage.

Regarding the interior: ambient and other sounds are the same as when you're outside because this is not a real MLO, only some prop placed areas. Not all space is available due to the game's original collisions. I am trying my best.

Programs required:

- 1.46 - Arena War DLC
- Map Builder
and of course all other programs needed for .net (full list in ReadMe)

Collision fix: This file allows you to use 100% of the apartment space. Drop it in the same place as the ymap.

Remove FOR SALE sigs: You need some high-level DLC pack for correct functionality in SP; otherwise, there is a LOD error. For example, ikONProjects v3.
