Luxury MLO Penthouse Design: Enhanced Customization & Garage Add-on

This is an improved and customized version of BigShaqNOKetchup's impressive Designer Penthouse and its beautiful garage.

All modifications are made through .ymap, .ytyp, and .ytd files. No model changes were implemented.

Here's a brief summary of the changes:

• Added numerous elements that complement the house and garage aesthetically.
• Modified or removed some existing features.
• Implemented custom wall painting textures.

You might experience a slight FPS drop when viewing the pool from a close distance. I strived to balance the newly added lighting for optimal visual appeal and performance.

The changes are not modular (except for textures), but if you're familiar with CodeWalker, you can remove or modify elements as desired.

This mod requires "MLO Designer Penthouse Remake Add-on SP" from gta5-hub.com.
