There was an error in the first folder, but version 2.0 is worth downloading.
INSTALLATION of the garage:
1 - Open the gta Grand Theft Auto V \ menyooStuff \ Spooner folder
2 - Extract the downloaded content into the folder
3 - Run GTA V
4 - Open the mod menu and preload the map
