Luxury Estate Cruise In & Social Gathering [Map Editor]

This mod includes some Peds, Vehicles & Environment changes. This is a simple project that shouldn't crash your game and loads quickly without FPS drop.
To use this mod: 1. Drop the file "pbm" in your directory. 2. Open Map Editor by pressing F7. 3. Click load map, then XML. 4. Write: pbm 5. Hit enter 6. "pbm.png" Will show you the location of the building. This mod includes a YMap (Does not save Peds or Cars). Instructions are also included inside the file!
