Luxury Elanip Penthouse Suite (Menyoo)
Have fun with this mod and please don't upload it without my permission.
How to install:
Place "Elanip Penthouse.xml" in the Menyoostuff/Spooner folder of your main GTA directory.
In-game, open Menyoo, navigate to Spooner > Saved Files > Elamip Penthouse > Load Placement.
I hope Elanip reviews it soon!
