Luxurious Rooftop Dining Experience

Recently, I decided to create something new using Menyoo. Introducing the "Moonlight"-Penthouse! This impressive penthouse features a landing area for a Hydra, 3 helipads, and a fully designed, enterable interior. You'll find approximately 25 parking lots outside and another 16+ inside a massive garage. With over 1800 props (around 130 Peds) and a total build time of roughly 45 hours, this penthouse offers a truly luxurious experience. Feel free to add your own vehicles to personalize the space further.

The map is located in Raton Canyon, underneath the train bridge. For easier access, I've included teleports at the Sandy Shores Airfield. I recommend entering the penthouse through these teleports for a seamless experience.
