This mod adds:

• - Hydra jets
• - A mechanic inside a hangar
• - An AIR CONTROL TOWER station in the 'CONTROL ROOM'
• - Many lights
• - A tank training spot
• - A training spot on the beach
• - An Insurgent F35C FIGHT JET with LAZER drop off
• - Scientists investigating water and engine failure fire
• - An EMP drop-off location

Place "Desert Military Base.xml" in your Gtav (main folder) / Menyoostuff / Spooner directory. In the game, open Menyoo, go to Spooner / Saved Files / Desert Military Base, and load the placement.
