Island Oasis: TFM and IAA Public Park

I wanted to create a map focused on the three main characters and The IAA, rather than the usual island maps featuring other gangs and governments. This is a preliminary release, so it's currently small with fewer pedestrians. I'll be adding more props and pedestrians when I return tomorrow. For now, enjoy the high graphics frame rate – I typically use lower settings. Constructive feedback is welcome!
