This is the first part of a four-part map series called Island Series. Welcome to Franklin's Island getaway. This property has three beaches and a house with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, complete with a luxurious poolside area. Drop the "islandeast" file in your GTAV directory. 2. Take the Water.xml file and follow this path: (mods\common.rpf\data\levels\gta5) then drag and drop it over Water.xml. 3. While in-game, open Map Editor and load "islandeast". Enjoy! **Warning:** Please always back up game files, I cannot stress this enough!!
