1. Install ScriptHookV 2. Install the latest ScriptHookVDotNet 3. Download NativeUI 4. Download No waves in the ocean mod 5. Download Menyoo PC SP 6. Download Map Builder REQUIRED 7. Move Beach.xml file from the .zip into your GTA 5 main directory/MenyooStuff/Spooner, 8. while in-game open menyoo/object-spooner/manage-saved-files/Beach.xml/load-placements

Festival Bus

While in-game get in the bus choose your radio station and choose leave the engine running option with simple trainer. Make sure that headlights are turned on Then leave the bus.
