To reach the second floor of the theater, you need to climb the stairs shown in the screenshot. The theater's coordinates are X:-549.32 Y:-602.3 Z:4.98.
- Download MapEditor
- Download Menyoo PC
- Copy Theater.xml to your GTA V Folder
- In the game, press F7 > LoadMap > Type "Theater"
It's recommended to download a 100% save.
- Download the latest version object list.
