Improved Harbor Experience

This map edit adds more boats, an extra crane, and a refueling station to the Marina for a more authentic feel.

Installation:

1. Download and install the Map Editor.
2. Choose one of the following installation methods:
• Paste 'mar.xml' to GTAV/scripts/addins/AutoloadMaps for automatic loading (note: pressing insert to reload scripts may cause duplication errors).
• Paste 'mar.xml' to your GTAV root directory.
