When it opened, Blackpool Tower was the tallest man-made structure in the British Empire. INSTALLATION STEPS: > Drag and drop the contents of the MOD folder (same location as this README.txt) into \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks using OpenIV. > Then go to dlclist \grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist and add the line dlcpacks:\blackpooltower\ > Run the game > Enjoy :)
