He stashed it in his submerged secret warehouse, a place overflowing with Merveilles, completely invisible from the outside. No one would suspect its existence.

Instructions
Before opening the game, run OpenIV and go to edit mode. Navigate to common.rpf/data/level/GTA5 BACKUP water.xml in case something goes wrong. Then replace it with the one included in the archive.
Open the game and load the Trevor_warehouse file with the editor. You need Map Editor by Guadmaz, F7 -> load -> xml -> Trevor_warehouse
