Hidden Vespucci Beach Gang Hideout
This map transforms the Vespucci Beach alley, known for Franklin and Lamar's shootout with Vagos, into a gang base controlled by a Vagos and Families alliance. It features a depot teeming with gang members ready for action. **Updated December 5th 2015:** A non-peds version has been uploaded, leaving only the map objects. The map boasts two key features: it prevents police from entering through side entrances, forcing them to approach from the front (creating opportunities for horde shootouts); and all gang members in the alley become allies, providing protection if attacked. For example, you can hide there while being chased by cops, who will be neutralized by the gang members. **Features:** * Closed sides alley entrances with only the front entrance accessible * Abundant cover throughout the alley * Ally gang members who defend you when under attack * Strategically positioned gang members on rooftops and balconies to support ground forces * All peds engage in activities unless actively fighting * A Karin Technical equipped with a machine gun aids in clearing the area * Motorcycles placed within the alley and on lockers for quick escape **Requirements:** * Map Editor by Guadmaz, v. 1.5 or higher **Installing/uninstalling:** Place vespucci.xml (rename as desired while retaining .xml extension) in your GTAV root folder. For autoloading upon game start, place it in GTAVfolder/scripts/AutoloadMaps (create the folder if it doesn't exist). Ensure Map Editor script is installed and functioning correctly. To uninstall, simply remove the xml file from the folder. **How to load the map:** This involves using Map Editor: press F7 to open the menu, select Load Map, enter "vespucci", and press enter. The map will be loaded but you won't be teleported. Manually travel to the alley or use a mod like a trainer for teleportation. **Known issues:** * As peds are not bodyguards, they won't follow you and may leave the alley, exposing themselves without cover * During combat pauses, peds might resume activities (e.g., hammering randomly), potentially leaving them vulnerable or allowing enemies to enter the alley undetectedFirst Upload: November 15, 2024 Last Updated: November 15, 2024
