Requirements:

If you haven't installed a mod menu, search for tutorials on YouTube.

Download the "drugs-bunker-with-lounge.xml" file.
Copy the "drugs-bunker-with-lounge.xml" file into your Map folder (in Menyoo, this is typically "menyooStuff / Spooner").
Launch GTA V and open your mod menu.
Load the map from the folder.
Enjoy!
