Hidden Bay Sanctuary [Menyoo]

This secluded retreat is the perfect spot for discreet operations and trade. Located on the San Andreas Southeast Coast, it offers both luxury and practicality.

The spacious living area includes a dining space and is just steps from the helipad. A covered patio connects this area to the exquisite Master Bedroom and private living space, ideal for relaxing or hosting informal gatherings.

Above the living areas, a rooftop lounge provides a festive setting for negotiations. Below, a garage with a laundry room and workout area (complete with free weights and martial arts gear) awaits. Beneath the garage lies secure storage for valuable goods.

A hangar deck allows for seaplane access and also houses covert submersible vehicles.

Installation:

Simply place the Secluded Cove XML file into Menyoo's 'Menyoo Stuff/Spooner' folder.

Known Bugs:

Stay relatively close to the spawn location as sometimes the moving gates exiting the garage to the hangar deck may not spawn correctly.

Note:

There is a more accessible overland route to the Secluded Cove, requiring an off-road vehicle. An underwater approach with lighting makes it easier for submersible vehicles to enter.

Vehicles are not included.
