Hey guys, this map requires Community Map Builder Pro. Make sure you have it before downloading to avoid issues with parts of the map not showing up. You can use this building for whatever you like. It's located on Marina dr by Stab City. **Installation for SP:** \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\CustomMaps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf **Installation instructions: FiveM** This map is in a Ymap format, so you can stream it server-sided to your FiveM server. 1. Create a folder in your server files. 2. Create a "stream" folder within your server file directory. 3. Add the .ymap into the stream folder. 4. Add the information to your resource.lua file. 5.
