This initiative focuses on transitioning the game map from Los Santos to Los Angeles City. New updates will be released weekly.

Installation Instructions:

1. After downloading, unzip the files to your desired location. 2. Using OpenIV, navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/" and drag and drop the folder named "ProjectCalifornia" from the archive into this directory. 3. Return to "mods/update/" and go to "update.rpf/common/data/". Click edit on "dlclist.xml". 4. Add a new line: dlcpacks:\ProjectCalifornia\ 5. Save the changes.
