Genetic Blueprint Inspires Towering Estate with Integrated Green Space

This addon, the ADN building, is a luxurious hotel-like structure featuring premium suites with private swimming pools, bars, sports rooms, and even a casino. It boasts a helipad on the roof and external parking. The estate is nestled within a sprawling park, meticulously remastered by the creator, complete with lush trees, verdant grass, vibrant flowers, ambient lighting, and elegant statues.

Installation:

**PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY !**

If you don't have a mods folder, create one and place the original common.rpf file (located in your GTA5 main folder) inside it.

Download and install ScriptHook V, ScriptHook V .NET, OpenIV, and Menyoo.

1. ADDON Installation (OPEN IV required):

(The building will automatically spawn on the map in place of the cemetery)

Copy and paste the "custom maps" folder to: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

Finally, add "dlcpacks: custom maps" to dlclist.xml using OpenIV, located at: mods\update.rpf\common\data

Alternatively, if you already have a custom maps folder, navigate to: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\custom_maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf

and add the following files:

• ADN building.ymap
• ADN building 1.1.ymap
• ADN building 1.2.ymap
• ADN building 1.3.ymap [Addon]

(Do not rename the files; OpenIV will handle the rest)

2. MENYOO Installation:

Use Menyoo instead of custom maps (not recommended):

Copy these files from the archive to GTAV\menyooStuff\Spooner:

• ADN building.xml
• ADN building 1.1.xml
• ADN building 1.3.xml

Launch GTA5, press F8 to open Menyoo, select "Object Spooner," then "SavedFiles."

Choose one of the following XML files:

• ADN building.xml
• ADN building 1.1.xml
• ADN building 1.3.xml

(You will be teleported in front of the Building)
