Installation steps:

1. >Drag and drop gaoda (found within the DLC file) into \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks using OpenIV.
2. >Then go to dlclist \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist and add the following line: dlcpacks:\gaoda\ .
3. > Run the game
